Decarb on fresh bud trimmed right off plant

So I have couple plants. I wanted to make some edibles. So I trimmed some fresh cut bud. And put it in small mason jar that fits good in the small toster over. I do have a cooking thermometer that keeps track of Temps. First temp I tried with was 14 grams fresh cut with no mason jar. On tin foil the Temps stayed around 200f to 215f for 30mins and shrunk in size by alot. Weighted it out came to be 3.34 grams, crumbles... well ok so I tried a again with 14grams inside a mason jar. I poked a hole through the lid of the jar for the probe to fit mostly inside the mason jar, sticks out little. But ran the same Temps again 200f to 215f, but 90 mins. I see that the color has definitely darken but doest crumble, but can pull apart easily. weighted it out came to be 9 grams. Would the decarb have token affect or no.
