Dealing with rockwool that wasn't pre soaked before use.

The clones I picked up for this grow came already transplanted into Hugo cubes and apparently they weren't soaked in ph'd water. I'm on day 42 of flower. My girls looked good, health wise until about week 4. I never checked the ph of my runoff until my first flush and it was off the charts. I can't get my ph under 6.8 after flushing with clearex and ro'd water. What can I do to limp my way to the finish line? After mucho searching on the web, I haven't been able to find anything that can help. Pretty much everything I've read basically says that in my situation, I'm fucked. Lol

RIU community, if any of you have experienced this, or know of someone who successfully has, please help a brother out. I'm considering a few things, but it would be awesome to have some input from someone who's already delt with the same issue. My buds are frosty as hell, dense as fuck, but a bit small for their age. Over the last week, they have become increasingly more pungent, odor wise and the hairs are starting to change to an orangey hue and are putting on weight. What I'm trying to say is, they're continuing to develop after the flushes. The issue with flushing is that these cubes hold an incredible amount of fluid and take 2 solid days and some even 3 days before drying out to a point where feeding is necessary. If I flush every week, I feel like I'll cause other issues to arise, like root rot. I read about someone soaking their cubes in a EBB & Flow system system for 30 minutes 3-4 times a day for a few days and it worked, but they were in their third week of veg(not much to risk). I was thinking that many small feedings a day, basically on the hour might work, giving the root system fresh nutes at proper ph, even if its for a minute before the ph gets out of whack. The problem with this, besides the fact that it probably won't help much, is that I top feed... SOS

ok im here!!! lol
AACT sounds like a good idea. Rockwool has has a tendency to become alkaline. So that's why we buffer it to 5.8 BUT since you didn't constant buffering and mini flushing I needed. I would suggest the use of humic and fulvic acids. They are carbon based and it's what encourages microbes to set home in soil. They are also a chelator and make a bond with metallic ions and allows a wider PH availability. Increases plants metabolism and the rate at which nutrients can/are absorbed. Fulvic acid is best as a foliar. These are organic acids and are immediately available.

I would oxygenate the water ahead of time used for feed/water. Rockwool can easily be overwatered and known for root rot.
OR advanced nutients PH perfect sensi grow/connesour with H202.

Thanks brotha! This is the first time I've read something that seems like a legitamite solution... Exactly what I was looking for and hoped to accomplish with the compost tea. Thanks again man, your post just made my sleepless night worthwhile.

You may have to hand feed from the top with 5.8ph hydro nutes, 2x day ,trying not to wet the cube only the surrounding medium.

Thanks Buds, but unfortunately the only medium is the cube.

Does anyone have any experience with the Heavy 16 product line? I went to the hydro store to purchase Bioag's ful-force and the clerk(a random buddy of mine) convinced me to purchase Heavy 16's Finish instead.
