I planted two seeds ( unknown seeds) from my dealer product and i put the pots one meter below two 40w florecent lamps 14 hours daily and i dont have any fan but i opened my balcony door which is near the plants everyday for many hours, and normal watering , but after 15 days my plants are dropped and i guess they are dead, could you guys please give me some tips for re-grow ? by the way i don't have access to original seeds because i'm in a country which is under the huge global sanctions and even we don't have any visa or master cards to buy such these things from websites. so please help me to grow, if you were here in this country , probably you would be high all the time to forget everything...

Things you did wrong:
Bad containers
Bad "soil"
Too little light; too far away
Need more ventilation.

Man, that's crazy. I would have figured Iran would have some super strict laws with growing, but they are are surprisingly liberal concerning cultivation. Changing your soil is going to help the most, though I have no idea what to recommend given your location. Anyway, good luck fellow grower!

next time you grow specially seeds make sure to use happy frog soil
even the lights were far away i think the bad soil killed them and the lights finish them
and the lights must be 18 on and 6 off
happy frog..hahaha... sunshine

practice growing a tomato plant. Get a book from the library if you have to.

They are not stone dead yet. Water them gently, and prop them up with a piece of wire or paper clip. Who knows?

#1- better soil w/ pearlite added (seed starter would be even better- or just a peat pellet to start it in)
#2-read up on what you need to grow before you start again
#3- never let it get that dry
#4- get your light right down damn near touching the plant
#5 - make sure there is good airflow- the plant should always jiggle a bit!

Links below to help ya hun. Good Luck!

damn iran that sucks, your country is only about 500 miles from india the leading producer of coconut coir. im not sure what the import situation in your country is due to recent events but i bet you could get a great deal on it if its available. if you cant buy that your best bet is probably to go hydro,

if your interested i can help you design a system using materials you can get in your country inexpensivly. and teach you how to make fertillizer that you can use in your system, ill bet its damn hard to get low ammonium high nitrate fertillizers there.

Just opening a balcony door for some hrs is not enough, you need constant air circulation, get a small fan it will help, better soil, yes, and lower your lights, I agree, prop them up and feed them you may be able to save them, good luck.

change the soil, but build the soil up higher around the stem. looks like the stem has no strength yet and just fail over. Get a spray bottle and water the plant by misting it and the soil good.

Its not dead yet but not far off. Prop it up with some soil and get more light on it, even a couple of hours of sun a day will make up big dif. Also what is that mix? looks like you dug it up from the road and put some leaves in it. You need better soil, not dirt, from a nursery and add some perlite.

Not only is that bad soil, it looks packed down like concrete. I bet the root on that thing is starving for air, as well as many other things.

There are a lot of different growing substances that people prefer to use for whatever reason, but I am going to suggest getting ahold of coco if possible, for these reasons:

It is fungus resistant, bugs don't live in it because unlike soils that are cultivated off of the ground, coconuts never touch the ground so there aren't bug eggs in the mix. Also, as a new grower, I'm going to guess you will have a tendancy to overwater your plant. coco can help prevent that. With a container that drains well, you can pour as much water on coco as you want to and it will always retain 22% air. It is like a sponge, so you're roots will have rapid, bursting growth. Just know that coco is a neutral medium, so you will have to stuy up on how to apply nutrients. Apply NO nutes or ferts, no matter what you hear, until your seedling are maybe 1 1/2 - 2 weeks old. Especially if you germinate in a root shooter that is already infused with nutrients......

Just my opinion, I hope that helps.

MJ, one of the things the world has in common.

Axxis, worm compost is really good stuff but, you cannot use it alone. It is very strong and will burn your babies to a crisp. Mix it with some regular soil with good drainage. Good draining soil is fluffy and is better because it lets your roots breathe. Happy roots= happy buds. Check for good soil by getting some in your hand and squeezing it like making a fist. If its good soil it will sponge up (expand) a little bit. Bad soil when moist will stay together and not expand like clay. Good soil usually is finer than the soil you bought in the pics and usually has little white Styrofoam looking things called perlite. Perlite also helps with the drainage.
