Dead leaves should I cut them

And does the plant look good? Its about 24 days old

Gently pull on them. They should easily pull off if not, just wait a bit.
Don't let them lay on top of the soil, gnats like to lay their eggs on dead foliage.

Yea, I remove my dead leaves, they're not helping the plant at all and just a waste of plant energy.

Couldnt you use the dead leaves as mulch? way to kinda airate soil and keep the soil under cooler rather frying quick..cuz if not i need to stop lol
