The feds arent wasting their time on here for personal or even semi-for profit grows of 10 or so plants by one person with a card donating to others with cards, etc.
They seem to be more interested with the guy growing 50+ plants growing strictly for commercial level profit. its really not worth the resources to busy one person with a few plants. Not to say they wouldn't make an example out of a few people but its not a realistic option when you talk about ALL growers under 215.
It sounds to me the more i read that they are going after those doing things illegally or big for profit mj businesses.
I see no problem with for-profit 215 businesses because well...it does take work and those working should be paid for their work.
I DO see a problem with those selling illegally, sending the bud out of state for profit, etc. anything illegal under 215 because they make it bad for the rest of the good people. So i don't knock the feds for that. they want to get rid of the bad seeds.
I dont think they should go after someone because they are generating too much money.
thats whats wrong with this whole picture. The state and the country are in debt. Big time. Instead of trying to rub out California's biggest industry why not tax it and fix what the banks and wall street fuk'd up...THE ECONOMY!
No instead lets spend MORE money getting rid of it. Yeah perfect sense guys. Good job. you definitely should be in office over me because you see im simple and thought if it makes money lets spread the wealth.. you geniuses figure since it makes money and could get us out of debt we should instead SPEND money to get rid of it. whoa man ur blowin my mind.
If the gov't had the slightest clue about what was really going on with something like what MMJ can do for us (the country) financially they would find ways to help the industry grow and profit off of it further than they could now.
It provides jobs (does that already but especially if a national MMJ program was adopted or something similar)
It would raise a tremendous amount of tax which could get the state/country out of debt etc.
As long as the scum is kept out of the industry it will flourish. The right business model needs to be accepted and they have to run with it. Someone wont shoot someone over $10 of mj anymore if its as easy to acquire a 6 pack or a pack of smokes.
just saying.
