Don't know where i originally read about this (one of the Cannabibles?)

but I found this from the Evening Standard of the UK:

Now I may be late to the thread, and someone out there may call me ignorant, and then try to educate me as to why, but doesn't this sound just like robbery to you? It does to me. Sure there are some differences, but principly it is the same.
