Meaningless

California goes legal in November, that's 40 million people plus the entire west coast

Marijuana will be legal nationwide soon after that. The DEA can bitch and moan all they want about it.
Until legalization (decriminalization) occurs at the Federal level, they've plenty of room to operate. For one thing, the classification issue creates money hassles due to banks not able to work with them They recently raided a MMJ business and took 300k cash from him in San Diego. This was clearly against Obama's directives but the DEA did it anyway. They are a loose cannon and able to self fund by confiscating cash from anybody they want to.

theres some real questions starting to come up here. How can money from cannabis sales not be placed in a bank? some federal crap right? well how is it that the DEA aka feds can use said money if confiscated? theres obviously a corrupt system going on here. When will the riots start? when will the the DEA be targeted by American freedom fighters?

Its an excuse to take more MONEY from cannabis.anyway possible
They use drug laws to take money away from people who had no connection with cannabis. They monitor people traveling by train or plane and if their trip meets profiling criteria, they stop the person and take their money. No need to prove anything. It's a scheme that is ripe for corruption. So, yeah, until it becomes legal at the federal level and the asset confiscation scam is banned, the DEA's agents have free rein.

In one case, a woman who was questioned by agents said she had been given money by her boyfriend from his retirement account to buy a car. Her story ended up checking out, and her $25,000 was returned – minus $4,000 that the DEA kept.

They also closed down ALL storefront medical dispensaries in San Luis Obispo county 6 yrs ago. The DEA co-opted the county Sheriffs and had them do the grunt work, for a piece of the action

Wow, i had no idea. I was refering seizures they do but wow.
Anybody on the road carrying more than a few hundred dollars are open to seizure of the cash. It's rare that people get anything back. That woman had $4,000 taken away for no good reason. The MMJ businessman has little chance of getting anything back. And, because he has to pay taxes in cash, he has to keep it in a safe. Agents for the DEA can walk in and take it away any time they feel the need.

theres bigger issues out there, any hint of domestic terrorism and people just end up missing. Key officials would have to be plain out removed by a radical willing to be put away for it during the appropriate time that a cannabis activist is able to take over the position to really change the tides.

When the American Sheeple finally figure out that the entire US Federal Government is off the reservation, what with ignoring the constitutional rights of American citizens as they've made a habit of doing.

And not a minute before.

Violence against members of the Federal Government will absolutely not advance any cause.

We need to change laws. Frankly, we need to start with campaign finance laws, which is why we have such an insane federal system in the first place.
