DE help please

So I heard that DE (diatomaceous earth) is a great pest control so I went and found some food chemical codex grade but I didn't realize it has calcium bentonite and I'm not sure if that would be good for the plant the brand is "Red Lake Earth" any help would be appreciated.

Go buy some praying mantis.....they eat EVERYTHING...as long as there's food they'll stay...100% organic bro...

There not natural in my area. Lady bugs is the closest so DE isn't a.good idea?
