Absolutely nothing sketchy or shady about D.C. Seed Exchange. I have placed four orders with them, and was done right every time.
Last order was a small $34 order and I wasn't expecting any freebies, but had two extra seeds in the pack.
So, now I got me some Copper Orgi seeds, a new quantum board and a 2x2 tent that hasnt been used in a while.
 
I haven't logged on in 10+ years and never really posted when I frequented this forum. Kind of wish I did because i don't remember half the shit I did. Recently placed an order and received it in 3 days. Didn't spend a lot of money because I wanted to receive an order first. You'll most likely see more orders from me and possibly grow journals on The Brisco Bargain Beans Orgi F2 and the 5 free Orange Blast. I also ordered a pack of Cannabeizein Island Vision. Brisco's seeds looked just as you would expect healthy seeds to look, as for Island Vision... the seeds looked full grown but were pale. That may be why I received 2x my order but I will not pass judgement for another 5-10 days while i germ half the batch. It's whats on the inside that matters. Germ in wet paper towels, in a zip lock, in a dark space with no issues unless the seeds suck.

I have been MIA for 10+ years but will most likely start a page for public input. Where I am currently is hot a.f. with plenty of seasonal rain. First grow back will be soil with some indoor 24/0 light.18/6, and then hopefully finish outdoors(can bring inside as needed for crazy weather). Will be digging into strains suited for my climate on the next order.

Quick update. Brisco's Orgi F2 i had 5/6 crack and grow roots so far, Orange Blast I had 2/2 crack and grow roots. As for the Cannabeizen Island Vision that were pale 8 out 8 have darkened as they absorbed the moisture but no roots yet. It's only been a few days so I am still hopeful they will crack and I may even place them on top of my water heater to up the temps slightly instead of just in the dark in a cabinet.

Anyone have any tips on increasing my odds on the pale seeds?

I found a pale lifeless looking seed a little over a month ago in a box in my dresser. Tried to germinate with paper towel method. And here she is 36 days later. (She's cut up from clones but still beautiful.) All from a horrible pale gray seed.

I would say try paper towel method on a heat mat. And give them time.

So... this may be a dumb question... anyone explain to me how you actually redeem loyalty points? Do you just say it in the comments when you place an order?

No, in the main rewards window (accessed from the banner on the bottom of the page) you should find a ‘redeem’ option, or something like that. Click on that, then you can click on the reward you want to redeem. It‘ll ask you to confirm you want to redeem them, then it will pop up a code that you enter in the coupon code part at checkout.

Just did it yesterday. Hope this helps.

Nope did not pop in soil, water, or paper towel. Emailed Cannabeizein well over a month ago who said they would send me some replacements and never did. They didn't seem shocked by my email either. Do not plan to try any of their other strains as there obviously is a quality control issue. I haven't reached out to "Paul" but I'm sure he would try to resolve the issue if I did. I don't blame DC Seed Exchange as I can't expect them to test every batch and there are some light colored seeds that do crack. Now thinking about it I should let them know they are junk so they stop selling them and no other customers waste their time.
