Daylight saving time. help out pllzzzz

im currentlly 5 weeks and 3 days into my first official grow and as of yesterday the time change back 1 hour. my light schedule seems to be messed up by this. my lights are going off and on a hour earlier then normal. do i just let it be and adapt to the new schedule or do i put it at the time it was before daylight savings? will this stunt my plants growth by messing up the light schedule?

i need a logical response asap. lights go out in a bit.

The plants don't need to change but it won't hurt them if you do change them.

Either way, whatever suits your routine - the plants will not be affected in any way by a one off extra (or minus) hour.

so it will be ok if i push her back to my regular time schedule rite? i would like to have my regular schedule because it gives me enough time to wake up, get medicated and water the plants without having to rush and make a huge mess.

It's fine. Won't affect them as long as the dark cycle isn't interrupted after it's started.
