Day one of drying

Ok so I cut them down well a couple and trimmed them up, but I was wondering why they doing smell? My plants them self smell great and the room does too, but in my drying area with the 4 colas I have hanging there is no smell to them right now? Is this normal it's my first grow, they where just Some bag seed so I know nothing about them

The smells will come back once they are completely dried and have been cured properly. Don't worry your hard work will have paid off very soon as it is the last leg of the race.
