The flower setup has 650actual cfl Watts....mixed spectrum...
yup just dont cut the whole thing like a top it will slow growth for a bit gives lower brances time to catch up

is that actual watts if so your gonna yield decent i just added some more 23 watters to my box closer to about 480 watts now

Yes its actual Watts....I was shooting for 30,000 lumens cause i read that's what I needed in my size space for a "robust grow"...so i got that n there was still room for more bulbs and more is better so I added n ended up w round 40,000 lumens ...from all my research if u overload w cfls u can have a nice yeild...
