Day 6 from breaking soil, plants leaning.

Hey guys, first real grow here and came home today to find 2 of my 5 seedlings leaning over. I'm running a living soil (kis organics), still in solo cups. Using the Optic Slim 600h led at 24 inches above and at 25% power, as per Optic recommendations. Was going to put the fan on today, but, going to wait a bit now I think. I believe I overwatered this morning but looking for advice. I've added a bit more soil to the cups for extra support. Any thoughts?

Edit... Temps are in the mid to upper 70s the entire grow so far with humidity ranging from 45 to 60.

Move your light(s) closer. Alot of stretch goin on and a fan on them gently moving them if you don't already

Thanks, just moved them up another 6 inches. Wondering if that's enough? Recommended hang is 24 inches at this stage, but I do agree they are stretching. Sitting at 18 inches now.
