Day 54, 90w LED + CFL grow

90w UFO LED red/blue + 4x 20w CFL. They are on a drip system with coco. Ionic Bloom, Boost +other bits and bobs. The strain is Chrystal from Nirvana. Pict taken at day 54 from 12/12.

I gotta try a drip system, ive seen nothing but good results.. How much it cost? did you build it?

I myself have been known to bash led users also. In ways I always will lol. Seriously though it's good to see led users with success. Now get rid of the cfls for next grow so I can see how the 90watt ufo alone does.

Here is another led grow from a grower that I think highly of. He still prefers hid over led watt for watt but he to now knows marijuana can be grown with leds.

That LED grow certainly is good but he is using 360w of LED. much more power and expensive. No way would I drop the CFLs, I grow for my personal use, not to prove LED to anyone. I will leave that job to people who has more resources.

JN811: Yes I made the drip system myself, its pretty simple anyway I think you probably can find into from the forum of similar DIY. Personally I think DWC or aeroponic does more crazy grow rate than drip system, but drip system pots are more portable so you can move them apart if the plants get bigger. With DWC or aero, then root can get messy and change water can be a pain, but they do grow really fast and I found it is more willing to grow the side branches.
