I'd say phosphorous def.. the buds look ready i must say but there are hardly any leaves on the plant and becuase its cannabalising itself due to end of life it will show stress much more on the leaves that are left on it.. reason i say this is the dwarf/bushy one you took a picture of has many leaves and isnt showing near as much stress as the tallest (almost ready) ones

hope that makes sense..

plants can only eat so much molasses,i think its locked up with K imo and they look pretty wet.do ya ever let em dry out so they feel light if you pick up a pot? what is your water source/type also? i would use water only 2 x then those nutes 1 x at 1/2 the dose they rec.but if your using well or tap water it could be something totally dif going on.let em dry out a little and back off the nutes for a few waterings.

Looks like either underwatering or heat stress to me based on what ive experienced. 3 cups is pretty low, i feed my plants 3 liters in 5gal pots. when i had 3gal pots i did 1.5-2.5 liters per feeding. try getting a cheap moisture meter to help you out until you learn to read your plants. amazon sells one for like $8 i think.

Underwatering, probably have salt build up and dry pockets in your medium from not saturating the whole pot.A little run off every once in a while is a good thing,Flush that pot with a half strength mixture completely to runoff and let it dry over the next 3 or 4 days. And use a fert that has all the nessesary micros as well as npk
