If you stop fertilizing now they aren't going to grow anymore. Remember, flush is to remove salts/etc from soil and plant.
The above is the part of your post that I had issue with. Both statements are ignorant. Not arguing with you about this, you'll have to figure it out for yourself.

Dont be disappointed when all of them top big colas that you want shrinks down to thumb sizes buds. 50 - 60% water weight. ;-)
Yep... At harvest time I'm so excited about the colas as big as my arm then in a week I say "Well , yield could have been better" :)

Continue to feed the plant as you normally would. Whatever you do dont stop giving it nitrogen, its a myth that got out of control, give it a well balanced nutrient froim beginning to end. Plants need a constant supply of water and food to thrive. Flushing in the last week or two weeks is terrible as well, it puts the plant into a state of shock and strips it of food. Super stressful, probably comparative to super-cropping it 2 weeks before harvest. Those are the most crucial weeks of bud growth where the plant puts the rest of its life into beefing up those buds, if you flush it your diverting its attention from that to recovering from shock and lack of food. Give it a good proper cure and forget all that flushing shit.

Op do some research and go about ur grow based on your research. Dont go by what other ppl thell you! Try and learn from everyone but also dont base your skills and experience on what ppl have to say in these forms. Also every one has there own opinions and can be conflicting and might confuse you.
Read books from knowledgeable growers and YouTube is your friend watch it ass much ass possible.

You can tank me later noobbongsmilie
