i noticed ur humidity...20%? shud be around 50-70% during veg..itll still grow just a little slower. a cup of water with a sponge in it might give it a little bump..if u have an inclsoed area
I've found the best way to get it up is to spray the walls with a water bottle virtually every time you think of it or every hour or so. If you have a job (I do) just spray it when you can. But do it a lot. It will get it way up there.
