Day 23 since flip how much taller

Lights are 19 inchs away from plants and can only raise my lights another 3 inches. Hoping this is the end of the stretch

Depending on the strain your girl will stretch 100-300% after the flip. You can try to scrog her for height control, or bending. I have bent my Mimosa and I think I may still scrog her. She stretched so high.

I cant scrog cause im growing in coco be kinda hard for me to empty the runoff water
