Plz halp.

Growing some bagseed. She's grown like a beauty, yesterday tho.. i noticed a single tip was pointing down... it looked pretty funny. I've checked on it 24 hours later and half of that leaf has shriveled up and died. What could have caused this?

On close inspection, I've noticed the leaves aren't symmetrical, the affected leaf has one extra finger, you can see that this is also the case with the new set coming in. I'm hoping it's just some messed up genetics and not an infestation or something???? Also for some reason, some of the perlite has a shade of green, this is different than my other 2 pots where the perlite on top is still pearly white... plz halp me with my first grow and thank you for taking the time to read this.

additional info:
coco/perlite 70/30 mix.
3L pot
canna a+b nutes.
0.5ec hard water.
last feed was 1.1ec @ 6.1ph. fed 1.5L.
20-30% run-off. run-off ec 0.3.
250w hps around 15 inches away with strong air exchange.

Hey There, i wouldn't even worry about that leaf, sometimes it just happens. Eventually as your plant grows bigger those early leaves will just die off anyway. I've had that happen to a few of my seedlings and they've always grown to be big and strong. The amount of fingers per leaf will also change as the plant gets bigger and its not always symmetrical. The green perlite i can't really help with as i don't use perlite, but sounds like algae or something along those lines, this might help https://greenupside.com/why-is-my-garden-soil-turning-green/ Good luck with your Grow

Hey, thanks mate. I left it alone for a couple days after a feed and not seeing any further signs of necrosis so that's a relief. I think the plant is more heat sensitive than the other 2 strains I have growing as some of the new leaves have went taco-like with the sides curling up. Once the light is out I will post a picture later for reference sake. As for the green perlite, I think you got that bang-on mate. Seems to be algae, I googled it and think its down to watering too frequently, going to increase water frequency from 2 to 3 days and hope there is no root problems developing.
