Her record is clearly superior to several other judges already on the court.

That she brings the perspective of a Black woman is a bonus. She is going to be a great judge.

Chairman Durbin is opening and bestowing accolades on Judge Jackson for enduring yesterday with what President Biden called "Grace and Dignity."

I agree with Durbin that for some senators it was about November 2022 rather than a SCOTUS appointment.
