Day 16 yellow spot on one of the leaves

I'm on day 16 of my grow and a yellow spot is appearing on one of the leaves of one of my plants what is it and should I be concerned?

The rest of the plants are fine, and looking great.

Im using technaflora recipe for success and am currently on the seedling or transplanting stage of nutes but will be switching to the grow stage tonight (if this won't make things worse). the nutes are at 60% or atleast they were last sun (6/12/10) when i changed them out. i have added water to the res since then so I'm sure they are lower but i don't have a ppm meter.

Please, any help is much appreciated and welcomed, and thank you in advanced.

P.S. my grow can be found at https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/339259-easy-ryder-t5-cfl-grow.html if you want to see how they've been doing thus far.
And again thank you. [And sorry for the pic quality i had to use my phone due to camera issues]

looks like light bleaching...how close are your lights?
not too close about 2-3" but they were close when i got home yesterday. i was out of pocket and my friend was watching them for me. The light timer was also moved so when the lights were supposed to be off they were on and the a/c was set at a higher temp.

i too thought it looked like a light problem. If it is light bleaching other than moving the lights higher is there anything i can do to make the leaf green again or will it come back on its own?

And thanks.

Is this the pic of your 16 day old plant????. something is definitely wrong to be first of all soooo small at 16 days. Are you counting from the day seedling germinated???? confused

Yes the pic is from day 16 counting from the time i started germination. @ 0030 CST 6/21/10 it will begin day 18 officially. the strain is Easy Ryder so I'm not sure if they are supposed to be that big but I too thought they looked a little tiny. However this is my first grow so what do I know. I'm used to fixing people not plants.

and again any any help or constructive criticism is valued.

Thanks
