day 14 of flowering

is this normal. i have them under a 600w and 400w (12/12) with an intake and outake. there is a fan constantly blowing and i am feeding them every time i water them which is every 2-3 days as per instructions on bottle. it is my 14 th day of flowering and there are few hairs. is this normal. there are 4 different strains in the room (white haze, blue mystic , bagseed, and some other strain) and they all seem to be showing the same growth speed. there normal growth is astonishing and have to raise the light every 2-3 days.
am i being paranoid.?????

Give it time...How close do you have those lights to the top??
What nutrients are you using? (N-P-K??)
