I start autos in bigger pots because they don`t do well when you transfer them
So I start them in a cube or something then go right to a 5L to 30L pot
or I start them in a 5L to 30L pot and I`ll even put 3 to 6 autos in 1 pot they don`t seem to mind I mean they don`t normally grow that big so a 30L pot is loads for 4 to 6 of them if you get lucky and one grows really big you can just move the others out
its best to start autos out slow, try and get them to grow as much as they can because a lot of the time they flower really short and don`t get much bigger
Something with GA3 normally helps them grow faster, evoponic make a product called "elixir steroids" that makes plants veg really fast and can be used to up the yield during flowering but I normally find that triacontanol or a good seaweed extract works better for that once in flower
if you have cool white cfl`s then you could try and get them closer to the plants just don`t cook them, lol
a 10 to 30w led one with lots of little leds are good because you can almost touch the plant with them without burning them when there so small that seems to be the easiest way to get fast growth but its a hassle because you need 1 light per plant and you have to move it every few days or you`ll kill the plant
other than that a 400w to 600w mh around 1.5 to 2m away works
or they now do 40w induction bulbs that kick the fuck out of cfl`s you can get these in the uk for £20 delivered they will out veg a 5000k 105w cfl and they will out flower a 105w 3000k cfl
