So peach, know anything about LEDs, I was gonna get a new 250 watt hps but someone took my confidence away with that as they informed me of the success of LED, without the heat which can be a major problem as I am a southeast grower (very close to the equator). But, they are expensive!! Lol try ingot o supplement the 250 watt range, or actually a bit small is ok. But price does not compare and my budget is tight. I only need a LED for flowering, and don't need that much wattage actually, as I can supplement with a couple cfls as needed. Any suggestions?.

I don't have any personal experience with them, no. If I understand correctly, he variates the LED with his HPS lights to give a broader spectrum of light. Personally I would prefer LED as I too have extreme temps here..you're right, .they are expensive though ;) Dank should be around sooner or later, I'm sure he'll have some good adv for ya.

Same here, I did a side by side same strains with 2 ladies in a small 2x4 tent tent under 4 bulb t5HO and the others under 1000w in my room. Let's just say the t5 was only good for making the flowers look pretty IMO.

I used a 32 gallon tote and made homemade drip system. Took a minute to dial in but it's nice to not worry while in away for a few days here and there.

Yeah I had them sprout from the soil and stay under those lights for a week with 24/0, then threw them into 12/12 under the 600. Did some yesterday and some 5 days ago. So I'll be pushing for an early harvest, which I normally like to let my plants get really ripe.

You'll have to PM me or go over to my thread and explain what you did for that. I just need something simple to work for a week while I'm away. Sure they'll need watered at least 3-4 times while I'm way for how late they would be into flower.
