That looks like it will work cool, but does that make it easier or harder (time consuming) come chop chop time?
I can see that it might make it easier, since you can, in effect, hack 3 or 4 branches as one, then trim your buds like one big branch, but would it take more time to pick through the leaves to find each individual stem to the bud?

Well, I have yet to locate any one that has done this technique! Searched here & the web & didn't come up with anything on here, and the only thing I really seen on the web is "brading joints", and hemp necklaces! Lol
