yeah I was thinking it did being the hole in the ceiling fan is roughly 4". I sure hope it works cause the Scrubber & Inline sure wasnt cheap. lol I didnt realize they where that much!

The dial under the sink is probably turned down if you don't have the issue any where else.
Turn that thing wide open and see if that works.
