Hi Guys,
I decided to grow out some freebie seeds. One plant (Gorilla Jam) fell over flat at age 12 days. There was darkish discoloration on stem at the soil line (coco actually)...but no narrowing ("necking") at that point.
My efforts to save it includes physical support and powdered sulfur. I apply sulfur to the base on all my seedlings as preventative...but it gets washed away with watering. So I re-applied it.
Now it's just wait and see if she'll survive. I'll post a picture if she makes it. My purpose for this posting is to demonstrate the efficacy of sulfur as anti.microbial..
