Damage: Any ideas?

Some sort of mold I think. How good is your ventilation? It could be bud worms, but the buds are very small. Mold caused by worm damage is usually more likely in nearly mature buds, starting in the center of the bud.

Get some good closeups. I stand by the idea that some sort of mold is involved. Maybe not the kind you're used to seeing. Nothing else in my experience would cause that sort of damage. You aren't spraying your plants with carbs?(Sweet, Molasses, etc?)
The first pic shows black stuff on a stem? Ever heard of black mold? They tear houses down when they find it. VERY toxic if inhaled.

It is for sure bud rot.
I'm getting it, it happens cause catipillars shit and the moisture.
No matter how good ur ventilation is plants will rot
Some strains do more then others just got to factor it in.
Remove the brown chunks or it spreads.

No problem man I'm dealing with it right now too, beutiful buds can just turn brown over night so cut it out right when u see it starting
And if u see catipillars get those fuckers cause there shit on the inside of the buds is what starts it.

Here's some stuff I had to cut out this morning
The first nug is 7 grams wet frickin solid, seriously looked at it yesterday and was like wow looks great
Then this morning in that one spot, idk if u can see kinda in the center of the second pic, starts molding so I just trimmed it up.
Then the third pic, this fucker tunneled in the stem it turned brown then it spread to the buds so I took a little like 4 inch branch off the one in the pic

Yep it good ol bud rot for sure. Dealing with same thing myself at the moment. Just keep removing infected bud/areas like you been doing or if it ready just chop her down before she gets out of control. Im going to have to do so for one of mine tomorrow morning even though she still technically could go another week if not 2
Just do your best to remember to always clean your hands/scissors with hand sanitizer or whatever your using every time you touch anything after touching mold to reduce spreading. and dont throw nothing away keep your moldy bud/trim and make some B.H.O or something

If conditions are damp enough, bud rot can set in. Bud worms poop accelerates the mold so that moisture is no longer the controlling factor. The rotting spots in the OPs pix don't seem dense enough to attract a worm. Also, the mold is too widespread unless there are a LOT of really hungry worms.

Haha thanks man, that's what it's all about though inspect those girls close when you go check them cause seriously like a spot the size of your nail can take out whole branches in a matter of days if you don't get it quick.

Hmmmm...
It just dawned on me to look at my calendar. Time to spray Bt again. Once more in two weeks, and then let nature take its course. FYI, once the buds become dense, adjust your spray nozzle to a fine mist to avoid too much moisture reaching the bud's interior. A couple days later, wash the plants early in the day to remove residue. Not a strong spray, just a light 'rain'. Do this in the morning so the sun will dry the plants off before sunset.
