Good people of Rollitup:
It has been too long since Dozer got off his keister and put pen to paper on this forum. A lot has changed since last we spoke. For starters, the venue has changed a bit. Your friend Dozer has a garage now, allowing for some significant improvements in technology. Also, Dozer has grown tired of producing salty nugs so he decided to go Organic. Seeing how organic hydro seemed a bit.... testy, Dozer instead opted for a more hollstic approach.

With that said, I present to you:

The setup:
For this grow, Dozer dedided to again get serious. Dozer knows lots of knuckleheads bent on doing everything 'on the cheap'. None of said knuckleheads have approached anything resembling a viable harvest in a reasonable amount of time. Deciding not to join the mass knucklehead'ery around him, Dozer opted to purchase the following:
Equipment:
Two Hortilux 1000W HPS bulbs
Two Galaxy 1000W Digital Ballasts
One white 4"x8"x4' drainage tray.
One Digital Plug-n-Go Digital C02 Controller
One C.A.P. CO2 Regulator/Emitter
One 20lb tank of C02
One 6' Vortex inline fan
One 8' Vortex inline fan
One charcoal "can fan" filter
One 4x8 Sun Hut grow tent
Loads of plastic Pots/buckets/etc...
Growing Medium
Fox Farms "Ocean Forest" Organic
Nutrients:
BioVega
BioCanna
Organic Blackstrap Molasses (unsulplered)

not bad. I do the organic soil things myself. nice touch with the co2. subscribed. "rainforest"? I have heard of ocean forest, lol. I use it too. I myself have been doing the "super soil" method of subcool and others where the soil is heavily amended pregrow with dry ferts. I have been also wanting to experiment, do to boredome, with some liquid ferts. Cant wait.

fellow earthlings,
I sort of upgraded "mid-season" so to speak. ;) some of the girls got a bit stressed out. Now normally, the dozemeister would have began this journal with a nice sterile room square one, but our meds are not quiiiite ready, so I guessed you wouldn't mind seeing it as is.

;)

Anywho, I made this bitchin automatic aero-cloner! Took like 15 minutes to put together, and less then $20 to make it happen!
I'm sure you noticed, last season, Dozer made the mistake of attempting to grow both an indy and a saty. Suffices to say, Dozer will only be growing one strain this time round.

The D0z3r family cut down a couple of Headbands this weekend. This sounded like an excellent time to show off the new drying rack. We made this thing out of an old wardrobe office(a wooden cabinet with a desk, filing cabinet, whiteboard, etc...
The shelves and computer housing were removed, and heavy nylon cord strung across the width of the cabinet. We put a air filter in the bottom to circulate air. Things dry out in 3-4 days enough to jar up, and cure for 2-3 weeks.

yep. it'll burn in a pipe after 2-3 days, but it's not really ready until it's been jarred 2-3 weeks for a good cure. One must burn off the nitrogen.

I finally got off my butt and cleaned out the tent after all my trimming/hanging/drying/weighing/etcetera was done. The new batch is doing REALLY well. I had a couple of challenges bringing everything back on line. I lost both 1000W SuperHPS tubes I used for the last grow, forcing me to replace both bulbs. I opted for Superblue HPS bulbs by Hortilux. The girls really seem to dig it. On top of that, I've started using B'Cuzz Foliar and Foliar Boost as supplimental nutrients to perk things up a bit. The girls seem to approve and have taken on that deep, emerald green, "I've got tons of nitrogen!" look. This pleases D0z3r greatly.

I will post pictures once I'm done procrastinating.
