Cybersecks Grow Room, 2 Systems, 6 Srains, 1 Love [pics]

so next week the blackjack is comin down,
all trichomes are pretty milky and im hoping some ambers will be coming in a full week.
the bigger plant will need a little longer but im trying to be patient.

so i started to flush today and im planning to cut around next sunday or maybe a few days after if its not quite ripe.
and ill probably wait an extra week on the kush plant.
ill post some pics plz give me any and all tips on how you guys harvest, anything from what time of day to chop to how you personally dry and cure

im worried here in colorado its pretty dry should i hang my buds up in that box until the bottom stem snaps then cure them in jars? i rele need help
i rele dont want to get them crunchy how many days do u dry?

and what is a good way to check to make sure its not too dry but ready to blaze?

well ok ive chosen around wendsday/ thur for a final date. the blackjack probably has 1 or 2 ambers per screenshot of maybe 10/12
the other plant is odd it has mostly cloudy with a few dark ambers but on the tops it has mostly white hairs.
does that make a difference?
i cant wait for my first crop tho!!!!!!!!!

hey watsup. kinda late but better late than never.. adn your always gonna have SOME white hairs left wen u chop.. adn yea that box u have will work great!! just make sure wen u dry its in complete darkness.. cuz teh light will kill teh active THC... the 2 things u wanna stay away from are light and high heat... just keep that in mind.. and u will wanna have sum kinda of air circulation goin.. just get a lil fan and have it sumwhere (not blowing directly on the buds tho) in there blowing moving the air around so it doesnt get stale and create bud rot...

most people say to dry between 4-7 days... adn just so u know.. wen ur buds dry.. they WILL be crunchy.. and tehy will be almost hard! but thats fine.. trust me on this.. that's good if theyre crunchy/hard... so once they're like that.. adn the stems snap (or at least close to snapping) just put them in your jars.. and try to open them every 12 hours or so.. cuz all the moistures gonna come put.. and if u leave them in the jar without opening them... the buds will mold.. pretty fast too. =/ i lose about 1/4 from 4getting about 1 jar...

also.. i know u said some branches still have alotta white hairs... just so you know.. if you want.. u can 1/2 harvest..... or 2/3 or w.e. u want.. u can harvest all teh branches that look ready.. adn the ones that dont look ready just let them go a little longer. i might do that with my harvest in a couple weeks. im suscribing. sooo ill try to help u along the way if u need any.. good luck man. the platns do look great by the way. =)

i cant wait tho its so hard to wait those extra few days to get them perfect. and i cant wait to put my fresh 4 plants into the flowering room!

yeaaa man.. patience is key tho.. but trust me.... i know JUST how u feel.. hahaha.. im sooo impatient.. have u tried a sample yet> i always take 1-2 .. well.. maybe 3 samples. lol. b4 harvest... thats another good way to tell wen theyre done.. if u smoke the sample.. and u enjoy the high.. and ur impatient.. then cut it down. but yeaa i made the mistake with my 2nd harvest by puting them in a box.. and puting a computer fan right into the side of the box.. and making a hole for ventilation at the top... that made my buds dry in like 3 days.. hahaha. but i put themin the jars after that.. and within 24 hrs. they were moist again.. but idk.. my smoke was still pretyt smooth.. even tho it dried fast.. and my stems NEVER end up snapping... idk how ppl wait until they snap??

damn truley was a happy day all those months and trys at growing and i finally got somthing worth my time. very fun to get a buddy and trim for 4 hours smokin cigs and jammin some sublime.

i wanna thank everyone who helped me on this grow you guys are the best. i wish i could share some with all of you.

me next to 1 plant! thats right over 6 ft 4 main colas it was a healthy beast i had to hold the tops cuz they bent over
it was a biggin

i had a total of 4 boxes full of weed. one box is full of the 4 tops im guessing their close to an ounce each.

ive never had a harvest or felt wet weed is it supposed to be a little fluffy feeling?
i weighed a few and even with 75% less i think it will be decent but i can squeeze the nugs and changed their shape is that normal
are they gonna dry into nice nugs

yeaa they will be fluffy. i think its cuz the water in it.. think of it almost like a sponge? and yeaa 75% is a good "guess" as far as weight loss.. but sumtimes its less. =) depending on how long it was b4 ur last water adn stuff like that.

and yeaa thats how my sample buds were. u can make them into any shape u want.. but its not good to do that. lol. im sure u knew that, just sayin. lol. enjot that harvest man. =) and just so ya know. wen drying.. when theyre done they're gonna be hard as shit. lol. jjust to give ya the heads up. theyll be like lil rocks.. but once u put'em into jars they will moisten up and soften up

thanks for the help, it looks like their done today. im grabbing some jars and will post a final weight in a few days,
a good guess from the ones ive weighed is 6.0-7.5

well their all jared up,
we weighed all the nugs before we jared them and our total was 10.7 ounces!!!
off of 2 plants!!!! or about 295 grams, so i did better than the begginer .5 per watt good for a first grow i think.

heres a pic of all the jars but there is one more full of huge nugs thats in a tea container, the total of the tea container is 54 grams of nice 12 inch nugs.


well thats it guys i think i had a success here under 300 dollers worth of supplies and ended up with 10 ounces or 4k worth of bud

i dont think ill let it get as big but that plant was sativa dominate,
so it shot up like a tree. should i cure for about 2 weeks? they smell odd in the jars but theirs no mold and they smell great when i take them out.
