Cutting growtips after finishing mainline

Wait, these are flipped to 12/12 for flower?? Why bother with a 6.6 gallon pot?

You could grow that same plant in a coffee can.

Not being an asshole just trying to figure out the reasoning behind such large pots for small plants.

You could easily go from a 2ltr pot straight into a 25ltr pot and flower, often I do this with great results.
The roots still grow in flower, they slow down 3-4 weeks in flower(12/12 flip).
The pot size has a direct impact on the plant size, larger pots often result in the plants stretching more in the first 3 weeks in flower. (based on a small plant in large pot)

This i know, im just confused why 6.6 gallon pot when he could've achieved the same outcome in a coffee can or #2 nursery pot and saved the soil.

That would make sense. I totally over thought this entire process. Next run Im gonna have to stuff a 100 gallon in my 3x3 and only grow 1 plant in it, 12/12 from seed. 160 fat colas!

No, they are not 6,6 gallon pots. They are 6,6 gallon AutoPots with coco perlite 50/50 and airdomes.. That is enough to get those 16 BIG FAT COLAS in 8 weeks. Actually I’m waiting to receive my “extra” led SF1000, to get those 16 HUGE BIG FAT COLAS or 16 DONKEY COCKS. Do you think I need some extra CO2, than I can really crank it up and get 16 MEGAZILLA DONKEY COCKS. What about those CO2 bags? Are those any good? Cause I have a lot of ventilation going on, and if I hang a CO2 bag up in my tent, won’t it be sucked away ??

Buy everything you can think of to throw at your plants but the one thing you can't buy is time.
What you should be saying is 16 huge unripe big fat colas...then you'll be closer to the truth

If the tents in your bedroom and the airflow is pulled and pushed into the same room, you could hang a few co2 bags in there, you can't lose any co2 then, just keep the door shut of a night.
 
I think those bags are just mycelium growing in them, might as well just grow some shrooms, it has the same effect. To really deliver enough CO2 to make a real difference get a tank system.

They are in a separate room, the clean en cold air intake comes from outside..

I already have the extra time.. I won’t go “away” the 12/03/2022, so definitely I will not harvesting unripe big fat colas, if that will be the case after 8-9 weeks.. No more worries for you all about that.
