Customs Declaration

Greetings all.....I've been on this forum for a very short time, so I'm still a newbie. Matter of fact, I just got my grow cabinet built from excess lumbar around my shop (will post pics later).

6 weeks ago I order seeds from seedsman, got the package today and found out that customs intercepted my package at JFK Airport and took my seeds. The form indicated that the seeds "were unknown strain" and therefore could not cross over into the USA. Seeds were isolated and destroyed.

So......can anyone here recommend a valid seed supplier here in the USA? I dropped $125.00 to include shipping......and no seeds. I'm here in Ohio and the medical part of this is just getting underway, so there is zero stores here that I can purchase from.

Thanks in advance.

Link in my signature (but can only put a recommendation on my strains)

Dc seed exchange

Greenpoint seeds

I've always had luck from james bean seed co, I got a package seized from seedsherenow, and I have had a couple successful seedsman orders years ago. That is my experience.

I would recommend James Bean, Great Lakes Genetics, or maybe just checking out the seed and strain review page, maybe you'll find something you like from a small time breeder in there.

Attituude still sailing across the pond just fine...but as other stated, just stay in the states. Too many to chose from so just got with what works best but keep it local to avoid the green tape.bongsmilie

Even orders from USA seedbanks are starting to get intercepted, so its not a guarantee just because customs isnt involved.
I dont recommend seedsman at all, but I do recommend contacting them and explaining what happened.

All the ones that have been listed on here so far are good ones and i have orderd from all the ones listed. Just be careful though as ohio is still a no go state for growing.
