I am a recent customer of True North Seed Bank, and have read reviews here and other forums. My orders have arrived on time up until March, and I called them to find out where my order was. I was told about the delivery situation with the USPS, not blaming them, but the sent me a link which explained what was going on. https://www.uspsoig.gov/sites/default/files/document-library-files/2021/21-101-R21.pdf
I got an envelope with a catalogue first, and was told they send that separately, and then the order came a few days later. The delay wasn't their fault, and I'll order from them again.

I had a TNSB order clear customs back on 5/26 thru Chicago...im still waiting...i can only imagine theres parking lots full of packed trucks but only 2 guys driving back an forth all over America delivering. This is the worst ive ever seen USPS.

Same situation here. TN shipped my order out mid March.. and it was finally delivered to me last week!! Sat in transit with USPS the entire time. Ridiculous. Can't really blame them.. my order shipped the day after I placed it, and made it to the US in like 2 days, then, it just sat there until post office... found it? All is good now finally. Post office needs to get their sh*t together!

The USPS was purposely gutted by the previous administration. It will take awhile to repair the damage.

I order from them locally, amazing company to deal with. Ships to my door in like a day with great seed selection. I think you should be more concerned about your border workers than the shipper. All their seeds popped in the soak for me, and fuzzy root tails almost right out of the shell. Recently got their banana Canuk Puks, excited to pop them.

i had the same issue with my order i placed it in march and i finally got it just a week ago usps sucks right now all my other orders with them were never like this i love there company and i will continue to order with them.
 
I placed an order in April and still nothing:mad: I read somewhere that there is a problem with Chicago customs. Apparently, they are being sent back to TNSB, and they(TNSB) are going to re-send them via fed ex. I screwed up and didn't get the guaranteed delivery, I only hope they resend them anyway. But they have been in Chicago since May 2, according to the usps tracking.

File a complaint online with the USPS. I’ve done it 3 times and all 3 times I got my seeds jarred loose. Then they sent me a customer satisfaction survey asking how they did regarding my complaint.
 
I may do it again. I think last time, they just looked at the tracking online. I also don't want to draw to much attention to it as I'm not legal.

My second order was returned to True North according to tracking, I didn't have insurance, but because they got the seeds back, I was issued a store credit. I think I will wait until the USPS service resumes some service. I will definitely purchase delivery insurance next time, just in case the order gets confiscated by customs.

Yup same every where, 2 out of 4 Amazon orders I placed were lost in one month by usps but they tracked right to local post lol

Very frustrating when your a prime member and expecting/ relying on pkg by said date and they lose it 2 blocks from my door then(Amazon) makes you wait to cancel and re order
