the hydro is still killing the soil grow. massive difference. the small buds smell so good. they have a sweet pine type odor. when i touch them my fingeers smell lol. when i talk about the plants my girlfriend looks at me weird sometimes now. i think im gettin creepy... anyhoo. as of now im approx 3 1/2 weeks into flower i think. i say i think cuz i flipped to 12/12 about oct 18 but no real signs of sex til around 24th of oct. its been 25 days since the flip and this looks quite promising. my initial intent was to see if regs are regs due to grow contitions and how much difference can be made. i was also curious of hydro grow vs soil using seeds from same bag/buds. i later came across an issue i wont handle totally til this first grow is done. as the plants grew (from around 14-16 to a crazy 38 and 43 inches tall) a heat problem began. so i figured i would test cpu fans for a temporary measure. i did have to modify one of the cpu fans with ducting to draw some cool air from the "back of the hood". the temp 3 inches from the hood is like 83-85. im quite pleased with my newest implement and may consider leaving it the way it is. i did make a bean order and got some good promos. so my practice run is going nice and im looking forward to my order. placed my orders 10/31 and 11/3. first one was tude and second was sos. they both sent fast emails and dispatched pretty fast. currently waiting on usps now. oh they were shipped 11/05...and happy growing...i am!!
