Curly leaves

Hi need help tryna figure out why my leaves are curling up at the tops and on new growth, they also look a bit limey green, my soil/water ph are sitting at 6.8 and have moved the lights up more too. My run off is sitting at 7ph. Also what should they look like with a fan going? Can anyone show me a short vid?

Lower your ph going in. I like my runoff to be 6.4-6.5ph. Possibly up your nitrogen as well.
