Curling leaves - why ?

Very young leaves have started to curl up as in the photo, during the last week.Plants are 9 weeks from clones, 4 wks on 12/12, 18" away from 400 watt HID, nutrient 10 days old, strength as recommended by general hydroponics online calculator,pH 6.1, 1602 ppm , 4 x 10 min floods daily, Room temp 92 degrees in day, humidity 60-75 %, room v. well ventilated. Fan blows over lights , leaves rustle.
There have recently been a few of the usual 5 min summer
power cuts . I just changed the nutrient to half strength to
see if that helps. Any ideas as to the cause ? Nitrogen excess? Thanks

Can you attach a thumbnail? Try the paperclip button on top.

That looks just like the flowers of a rejuvenating mom after increasing the light cycle and her back in the initial juvenile growth stage

These curling leaves are different from all the ones I have seen on lots of threads all over the world on 'curling leaves' .These, only the very small young leaves under the flowers are affected. Rukemonna, yes it could be that the power cuts have caused a veg? or flower? - confusion, or its the high heat. Excessive nutrition I think affects/shows on older leaves. but just to try something, they're on 50% nutes now and being sprayed with water every few hours in the middle of the day. Root problem? cant think why-see the specs. Pics?sorry don't have more- they all look the same. Thanks to all !

Grow room temp is mid 90's in day . Ok - I'll watch the water spraying but its so darn hot that the water is gone in a few minutes with the big fan blowing over them. Will watch for a few days and let you know if better or worse. These are two scrogs in same room- 400W is worse than 175 W so it could be heat.

Seems very humid in there @65%. Why are you spraying flowers? Attached is a pic of a rejuvenating mother. Remember, she's been on a N diet while in flowering.
