will curing with hefty fresh extend ziplock bags affect taste and aroma, do glass jars really make a huge difference?

yea i would go with jars there air tight and glass

Jars are much better because they are a lot easier to use because unscrew let ventilate screw on.

its not curing if its in a zip lock bag..its molding..u can try it but be carful..i'd open that bag 3hours a day or so..but i recommend mason jars..there cheap, go to walmart.
