Curing question

about a week after harvest I have to be out of town for a couple weeks. Therefore I cannot stick to my regular curing rituals. Does anybody have any advice on anything I could do to decrease chances of mold, but also not overdrying the harvest? While I am away.

You could use Boveda humidipak, you put one in a large jar and it will take care of all your problems. Your harvest will not dry up nor will it get too humid, it keeps it perfect. I don't even burp anymore, it's a great product to keep on hand.
