so is it possible too cure in grove bags i picked up a few half pound bags at the local shop when i seen they regulate rh at 58-62% or would that be too low for a cure and good for storage only

I got a chuckle over the Terploc too but okay, I'll bite. They have a build your own variety pack so I got 1 sample each from a dozen or so different styles and sizes. It's worth a look.

When I run out of jars I leave them in paper grocery bags and put them in 55 gallon contractors trash bags. You really can't tell the difference and it's easier/ faster to exchange air in the bags than opening each jar. I also store the big bags in 27 gallon plastic storage boxes, to protect the buds from jostling and getting smashed.... So I don't see why not.
Good luck friend!

People have cured in plastic bags for decades. These grove bags are an obvious gimmick with the "terp lock" technology, which, if you read their website=plastic...Seriously, terp lock technology=black plastic. It's fine, I'm sure they work like any other plastic bags of a certain thickness. I've done like Jimmi when drying in paper bags, if they're drying too fast I'll put the entire paper bag into a garbage bag to slow them down and sweat the buds. I don't like to keep buds in plastic for long term storage though.

Maybe we should tell the makers of Ruffies Pro contractors bags to start selling their bags as having "Aroma lock technology". Lol.

That's the brand I always use. Black 3 mil unscented plastic, and they work great for anything from demolition clean up to curing buds.

Shit ive been drying but hanging them upside down in my bathroom upstairs via the shower curtain rod lol. Should they be bagged for a better smelling bud or does air drying work just fine? I thought thats what everyone did pre trim and then just put them in ball mason jars to finish the cure process?
