just gotta walk along the phnom penh riverfront(sisowath quay) area after 7pm in front of the paved walk area where the tourists flock, you will be whispered an offer of weed/speed/coke at least a few times in 30mins, im sure the guys offering can get seeds or anything else, though i asked for some coke & ended up with some watered down speed sort of shit...never again...but man the pharmacies which are everywhere offer prescription free meds such as 10mg valium full pack of 50 for $3, same as codaphane forte 30mg codeine 500mg paracetamol full pack $2, also tussipax $5 full pack which has a fair dose of morphine, all available over the counter at any pharmacy without prescription in any amount you desire...fully legal...ive never fully investigated what is available there its just what ive noticed on my journeys...very recently too...gotta love that country...phnom pehn is the best city in SE asia as far as im concerned...just an opinion

man cambodia has it all over its neighbours in soo many ways, ive been to thai, viet, burma, malay, laos, sri lanka, philippines & india, & the best asian city ive been to is PP, gorgeous riverfront area etc..not counting travel outside the city, kooky but fantastic, soo many good things about that country it would take a few pages herethe best deals from pharmacies will be $20 ketamine bottles and valium for sure.
Cocaine I would say can be better than that shit what they deal in Saigon.

saigon(vietnam in general) is just light years behind cambodia(PP) as a tourist destination unless your a war buff & wanna check out the historical side there, food wise if your into offal its a great place...otherwise slowly starve with most restaurants only offering menu in viet???...and hardly no one speaks english, very difficult to travel there ive found...dont like it & not going back...been there 3 times...thats it for methe best deals from pharmacies will be $20 ketamine bottles and valium for sure.

Really man? I love cambodia but out of phnom penh, siem reap and sihanoukville I thought sihanoukville was best followed by siem reap followed by phnom penh but to each his own I suppose. Also I know they offer it to you everywhere but sihanoukville is where they grow the bud they export which is usually a much higher grade than the rest of it thats why I asked where he got the seeds from

i meant to say out of the major cities comparing saigon/PP/BKK etc that PP was the nicest city, if i was to live in camland it would be kep/sihanoukville or something like that, not necessaraly PP that i would prefer, with siem reap apart from the temples theres nothing much really in that town cept pub street...once you been through those temple complexes one or twice...well been there done there that, with no beach like in sihanoukville or riverside view like in PP, i would wonder too with the weed from sihanoukville with such a strong western influence in the area there now whether the weed grown there would still be original cambodian landrace? or just a fudge of mixed strains brought from europe/us/khmer/australia or any combination thereof etc?

Oh that shit is a mix of strains that people have been importing for years now, kep is the shit though I'd love to live on kep or if koh rong hadnt gotten all full of western college kids I'd love to go there but nowadays its gotten too developed and I feel like its lost its charm. I love the temples around siem reap though and also the little villages all scattered around the city, I just rented a bike and went around smoking and chilling in the little villages and stuff, the people are really nice so its always a good time.

i first went to sihanoukville in 2006 & the changes i can see from the masses of western tourists is fullon, its inevitable...naturally once the word of a good spot is out everyone wants a piece of it, even kep in 10-20yrs will probably be unrecognizable from now, the prices for land near the water are in the US$ millions already, 20yrs ago just a few thousand you could have had that land(if you are married to a khmer), farang(foreigners) are not allowed to own land(cept condo's)..ps...on your next trip there hire out an honda XR250 from kampot & ride up bokor mountain to the old casino(and new one), historic place man..views are stunning, make sure you take a warm jacket...yes even in summer its cold
