No doubt the genetics are elite but my environment is a bit harsh.
Many poly-hybrids aren't tough enough so I end up culling a lot of plants.
I'm growing some 'Long Bottom Fighter' that are looking decent.
Not great, but good enough for now...
I know I'm late to this thread, but Mystic Funk is the breeder at Cryptic Labs. I know him from a private forum, and he's a really good dude, on top of being a good breeder. He's on IG, but doesn't have nearly as much of a presence as many other breeders have. I've grown one of his public lines (Bubba Kush), and some other unreleased lines too. We've sent seeds back and forth for the last 5 years or so.
Thanks for the info! Couldn't find anything on them previously. I enjoyed the Supercritical I ran, those $40 seeds were better than more expensive gear that lack terps smh. I could have kept pheno & nice male but culled them since I have another pack or two. I want to run the Bubbagum, SkunkDog 91, or maybe those Goji x Oger's next. If you talk to Mystic Funk tell him thanks for the gear. GLG hooked it up, hope he has some more drops coming there.
I've got a pack of everything you mentioned there. I know of someone who grew Goji x Ogers recently outdoors in Florida.He was very pleased. Apparently, Mystic refers to the Goji female used as Lemon Goji, which just means it smelled like lemons Here's a pic.
No I haven't ran the SkunkDog 91 yet. I'd say go for it, it sounds like it will be good since it's got some worked lines in genetics. I wouldn't go in expecting roadkill skunk but I bet it has some serious terps. Got a few Chem crosses going now but not much space to run regs so I held off on popping more Cryptic gear. Sorry to hear about your friend passing. Glad you found something good out of your freebie pack! That's how I've been cloning & flowering myself until I find new keepers or need more space, usual the latter.
Thanks and I hear you on the lack of space for regs. I'm thinking that I will just pot up Mom this weekend, and when space opens up in a couple of weeks put her into flower. I still have ten GG4 seeds so I can always go back to cloning that again. But now to get down to business and pop a few SkunkDog seeds and likely start cloning that. Like a beaver who's compelled to build a dam when they hear running water, I am compelled to clone every new strain I start.
I have enough heavy hitters & hybrids so I'm running more sativa seeds. The keepers I have to get rid of I try to make seeds with them before culling so I can sleep better at night lol knowing I can pop seeds to revisit it instead of keeping clone. I've got 2 GG4 crosses myself I need to decide on which to keep around a little longer.
