Crushed Seeds

So here's the deal... we ordered some seeds from a supplier advertising on this web site. Easy process, no hassles, good updates BUT we ordered 14 and we undoubtedly received 14 but 11 of them were crushed in to powder leaving only 3 (!?!?!?) usable seeds. Now that is a pretty high seed to cost ratio, we were like "wtf!?" Anybody else had this experience? Do we need to order fewer seeds at a time? I mean the packaging looked flawless... is it because it's Christmas time? Frankly we started to imagine rabid DEA agents with hammers laughing while they destroyed our precious cargo...

Insights? Advice?

Here is a tip,

Call the company you got it from and said how your SOUVENIRS say SOUVENIRS because saying Marijuana seeds will make them say how they can not give you advice to grow Marijuana.

Just say how your SOUVENIRS came in the mail crushed.

Just don't say seeds.

As long as you do what I told you and don't mention the words Marijuana and seeds, you are good to go.

It was a foamy square in a standard envelope... cool, but apparently in adequate.

Castle replaced my entire order so for anyone who wants to know castle seeds is the go to seed sits for me. Order came in a week and sent out my new order today when I just emailed them about my smashed package today. Mad rep to these guys!
