Nah I`ve done that never had any luck with it

Seemed to just lower my germination rates a lot and actually grew more males for me

I`ve noticed when you ga3 a plant in flower it can hermi so maybe it fucks up the seeds

I`ve been tempted to try triacontanol but normally just use a "plant start" or root or micro feed

I think a lot of the plant starting products already have seaweed extracts and such to try and promote females

I remember twice I used plant start and ph`d and used them foam rooting cubes

I did it to c99 and ata thudura

2 of the c99`s and 3 of the thundura`s pop out of the cubes with 2 heads and 2 stems, twins

One head normally ends up growing a lot less but I`d like to one day play around and see if there`s a way to get 2,3 or 4 main stems from pop, because that could save time topping, or be pretty cool for starting 12/12, then I`d probably bother doing a party cup just to get people screaming "he used 4 seeds in one cup" lol

Weird alot of people sware by it maybe to strong? and ya its used as a foiler spray to induce hermie for fem seed

Yeah a lot of people do say its good stuff

Here`s my take, GA3 for germination is used to help when it`s a seed that is hard to germinate or a plant that you want to have new growth even some really old dry plant matter can be made to grow with the right pgr`s

So if I already have some 99% germination seeds or even 80%, then using GA3 is not going to make that better, if I had some seeds that had under a 20% germination rate then GA3 might be the key to getting that up to 50% ?

but yeah think I`ll stick with a seaweed extract or root juice or something

Oh I use it at low dosage to make a harvested plant grow again, you can keep it on flowering lights and get a whole 2nd run out of it you can also take cuttings and such that clone really easy

but yeah I did notice it hermi`s them if you use a good amount, its a tiny amount to mix with alcohol to make a 500ml to 1l spray bottle of it up, idk maybe 20 to 60mg in 500ml to 1l from what I`ve used

now I`m thinking if 20 to 50ppm is all you need to make them re-veg and anything over 100ppm they`ll start to hermi

but good to know I may use it to make my own fem`d seeds we`re starting a few new strains soon so hopefully get some new smells we wanna breed :P

That is not how it works at all...

As cannabis is male/female sex is predetermined by dad. With the exception of hermaphroditism.

It's is a bit grainy, I thought it looked more center, but yeah it does look kinda ball like upon further inspection

This is not always true. I have a female right now I though was a male based on its fast/stretchy growth. Also showed preflowers about three weeks from germ. Turns out it's a girl. A big, fast growing, stretchy girl.

If it is and a better pic could be taken. I could say for sure. If it's that developed and a boy it's at its obvious stage.
