Hi guys thanks for visiting my first post :)

I have a 12 x 10 x 11 room that I am about to put 4 600watts xtra sun 8' reflectors, these 4 air cooled reflectors

For the vent box I am using his method http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4--jcClnes</p>

How does my air flow looks? Will I have any problem drawing air from my living room?

If you guys have better ideas I am drooling to listen to some!

Wow, such a fast response greatttt.

My exhaust fan will be 700 cfm, I did all that vent calculation l x w xh yatta yatta,

And it came up to be 616 cfm.

Thanks for such a fast solution!! I was wondering what my intake size should be

Any critique or better ideas?

it depends, if your exhaust is being forced out via a fan you cant just go by 2x, it depends on the amount of air being forced out the whole, not the whole size.

that would be for absolutely no loss of cfm, and the stronger the fan the more it would be able to hold close to its rated cfm value. Yea, the formula is a bit of overkill, and some reduction in cfm would be worth not knocking a wall out, lmao

passive intakes are quite large when professionals install hvac systems. The bigger the better. All fans lose cfms quite easily. remember that as you set all your ducting and venting systems up
