Looking real Good nice set up . Went with almost a 30 gallon Tub Nice man....

Only advise Is if you are using a water pump and feed lines.

Do not over wet the rockwool. Set the drip to do Just that a drip very slow . I had some issues with over wetting and PH Issues. Other than that Just watch your PH and Don`t over wet The rockwool you will be fine...
Good Luck .. I will be watching your grow Thanks :bigjoint::bigjoint::bigjoint::bigjoint::bigjoint::leaf:

two 4" (i think they are 4) airstones and a loop of hose with 3 punctures in the middle, Im not sure of the pumps power it was 20$ at walmart but it definately gets the bubbles working

I commend you for using only bubbles and suggest you run the following test to see if your bubble action is sufficient. Load up a netpot with hydroton and the rockwool, just no seed. Put it in the system with plain water and crank it up. Give it a few hours and check to see how wet the netpot sides are getting and examine the rockwool to see how wet it is (you want to start with it on the dry side). If too wet you can lower the water level a tad and test again. If not wet enough you can raise the water level or better, add bubbles with additional stones and perhaps a more powerful pump. Then test again. When you are maintaining rockwool wetness that is desirable, mark your water level and all you have to do for the future is keep the water level steady. There is more detail on this in the link below.

Alright I put some RW in and took a picture of the inside of the res to show whats going on there
We can't really tell from pics how much the bursting bubbles are creating a mist above the water surface and how far above. That is the key. After some time check the rockwool for wetness. Bottom line: if you are keeping the rockwool appropriately wet it doesn't matter how you do it. My guess is that those small stones will not do it. I use 3 12 inch stones on a 600 gph pump in an 8 gal res.
