Critique my build

Looks good man. You might want to add some perlite to ffof at around 25-30%

You also might not need the humidifier but instead a dehumidifier.

Other than that, you should be up and growing in no time.

Good luck and happy growing

I literally went down the list of stuff that come inside the HTC complete kits and with my prime membership in coming in at 200.00 cheaper. I still one the fence about the soil. That fox farms stuff is expensive. Are there any cheaper alternatives?

Also, I have used the fox farm nutes before and had great results, so I am planning on using them again, but are there any cheaper alternatives that give the same results? I going to be growing autos for the most part, so they don't like a whole lot of nutes anyway.

OK so after adding perlite and adjusting the soil quantities, the build comes out to 628.99 shipped. With free two day thanks to prime.

The HTC 600w complete kit comes in at 569.95 before shipping and with out a carbon filter. After the carbon filter upgrade and shipping it comes to 806.92

The HTGoogle kit does not come with perlite, Fox Farm soil is an upgrade to pay for, it does not come with the temp/humidity display. The upgrade for the exhaust and carbon filter is 105.00 for a small 4 inch system.

I guess the moral of the story is, put the time into looking each part up and you can save a boat load of cash.

So my new tent worked great. Had some heating issues and I ended up struggling with humidity. I got deployed for a bit so I'm ready to get another grow going. I have a few pics of my babies from the first grow and I'll put them up later on.

Welcome back.... Only suggestion I can add is to swap reflectors to this... http://www.amazon.com/Sun-System-904425-Master-Reflector/dp/B001O1V634/ref=sr_1_3?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1452035705&sr=1-3&keywords=air+cooled+reflector you will battle heat a lot with the gullwing... and like gary goodson said back in june... a dehumidifier is prob a good option...like this one... http://www.amazon.com/Ivation-IVADM35-Powerful-Thermo-Electric-Dehumidifier/dp/B00GZ5BSBY/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1452035984&sr=1-1&keywords=midsize+dehumidifier

Happy Growing
