Hi I am new to this and I was just wondering if I could get some critiquing and suggestions. I took some pictures of my setup..

Problems/concerns: The leaves look kinda saggy, the stems look really long, i'm not sure if the light is good enough, its a plant growing light i got at true value i think its like 120 watts and I also was wondering what I should have the light cycle at this point in growing

You need the light much much closer to those seedlings. You have about a foot of stem and tiny leaves. You're going to want to replant those stems so that the leaves are only about an inch above the soil. Once you do these two things they will start growing a little better.

Use a big ass pot, you don't want to put the roots too close to the bottom
of the pot. I would almost start over unless you paid for the seeds, IMO.

Using 24/0 is risky. The plants will grow faster but it is also likely to produce more males. 18/6 is a safer way to go as your plants will still grow healthy and quickly and should produce more females for you. Some people looking to grow small plants and small yields use a flowering 12/12 schedule right from germination.
