Crispy Wilting Plants

About 20 days in now and Temps 20 humidity is 20.5 Fan Blowing.

3 are white widow and the one that isnt curling is low ryder weird how that one is doing fine??
anyone know what might be the problem?

yesterday i stuck my finger in the soil and it was dry.. so i over watered it and its still wet today but this has been going on now for 3 days. I spritts them with some water is why there wet right now.

Let them dry out a little between waterings,your drowning the roots.Each plant is different.

20% humidity is low, especially if the fan is circulating too much air. I get bucked leaves on young plants. I wet a towel and lay it on the floor of the tent. You can put one end in a bucket and let it wick water as it dries. Even doing that, I can't go too much with the circulation fan.

The water on the leaves may help the humidity. But, I wouldn't do it. You can get light burn because the droplets magnify the light.

I have a bowl of water beside it.. ill try your towel method coming from the bowl.. thanks. And no Tent yet... just ordered one guess ill drape a towel over it for now. White widow hard to grow?

I never ran soil before but im with ResinHound on this one. Take his advice along with possibly modifying your soil for next time. Cannabis like a airy and specific soil, and your in luck because your on the website to find it. Also, id raise that light a little, you want your plants reaching for the light, then drop it down an inch or two or better yet, turn ur led up.

3-4 days later these are not looking any better. temp is 21 and humidity 20% have a humidifier on them and wont budge. there still crispy to the touch. i dont think watering has been the issue though...

How do you water your plants? It looks like you're targeting the water somehow? I see dry and wet soil. Do you thoroughly drench the soil (and then let it thoroughly dry?).

Regarding the humidity remaining low with a humidifier. Are the plants in an enclosed space? Do you use an extraction fan to replace the air of that space? Is it replacing too much air?

Hopefully i am wrong.. but is this a Male?? thought my auto flowering lowryder plant was femenized

That is a male plant and you better pull it if you have other plants around in flower, or it will seed your whole grow.

Thats what i was thinking damnit! I was sure these were feminized seeds too. Well the last are also feminized haha

That's a political topic. A lot of people like autos, especially for smaller grow spaces. They develop a more natural figure than trying to flower a photosensitive earlier (like 12/12 from seed). More like bonzai stature/shape of a photosensitive.

I think the only real benefit of autoflowers is outdoor growing. You can get an earlier harvest than a photosensitive which waits for the seasons to change. I've heard of outdoor growers planting both. They auto gives them something a couple months earlier.

I think they can be fun for a new grower. A new grower doesn't need a tent to grow in. They can literally grow on a kitchen table. It can feel less tedious not needing a timer, tent, deciding when to "switch." One negative in this regard is that autos are on a fixed lifespan. They don't have time to recover from newbie mistakes. (But, sometimes newbies would be better served by getting through a grow sooner and applying what they learned -- instead of nursing a problem along. An auto makes that easier to live with. It's not a difficult decision to "give up." It just happens.).

I think for indoor growing they have limited use because they use 30% more electricity to light them (18/6 in flower. You can do 12/12, but then the yield goes down.). If I needed a "perpetual harvest," maybe 3 plants in a 2x4x4' tall space, harvesting a plant every month, an auto would be nice. You pay for the convenience of using a single space for flower and veg. But, at that scale it's not bad.

I always hear people complain that an auto's ruderalis takes away from the potency. I haven't noticed it. I've only grown one strain (northern storm, NL x snow storm). Plenty of people told me two hits and they were done.

Wow so i got a nice tent and moved them over and put in a humidifier got it around 31% humidity now and then the next day this!! whats wrong with my plants? i havent changed anything they were perfectly green before

As much a gamble as any other seed.... depends on the genetics and the grow...

I just rocked some 'Cash Crop' by... I think short stuff, was a big bud x NL5 auto... It crapped out over 5oz of bud, and I was not all that kind to it... (i was expecting a 3-4 ft plant, couple ounces... auto...) I had to exile it to a spare bathroom cuz it got to big for the veg room, even after I attempted to train it down (fucker kept pulling loose of my tie downs... its vigorous) She ended at about 5 1/2ft tall in the end, and the bud was frosty, tasty, and perfectly potent. Had I not grown it myself, I would never have suspected it had ruderalis in its heritage...

I will for sure be getting a few more of those, and some russian rocket fuel (I like my green crack, hear its up my alley) but as for auto's in general, I say treat them a lot like other beans, but with a bit more study and searching for grow reviews.... good genetics can sometimes be ruined by crossing an auto in, sometimes they get it right.... read a LOT before starting the autos, and you are good...

(I found my DWC auto grow was WAY easier than any attempt at dirt... not sure why, you wouldnt think so, but, just my experience)

hoots, mine did something similar, I also faced low humidity.... them fuckin spots on the leaves... are like fucking cancer man.... they will slowly spread, and turn the leaf brittle n dead..... any leaf that has even small spots... just expect it....

But, as long as shits dialed in now, all new growth will be chipper and happy, and in a week or so, u can defoliate any ugly leaves you see, and all will be well....

Mine is getting a hair cut in 2 days, poor ugly bitch.... built a new veg room n its proving tough to keep humidy up... (in a basement! wth right?)

Did you seal the tent with the humidifer inside? And have an extaction fan, pulling air out of the tent?

It's hard to believe something didn't change.

31% humidity is low even during flower

that looks like nut lock out bro. plus your pots are kinda small but still nut lock out. i suggest you flush them and wait until they dry out then feed them low ppm's

I have a question. Is all the damage on the top? Are the bottoms of the plants looking ok still? It looks like light burn a bit to me. The first picture on this thread the plants look like theyre twisting away from the light and one looks burnt on the top. How many inches away is that led?

Tell me more about this auto that craps out five oz of bud and gets tall...... Specifically where you got it and who breeds it if you know?

double checked, its 'Cash Crop' by 'Short Stuff Seeds' she got over 5' tall in my 5gal dwc bucket, put her under my 600w hps @ flowering... I was amazed... I have also SEEN (but not my own) a G13 labs pineapple express auto get big too, might try him next too... only room in new veg room for 1-2 auto's (under a stairwell, so the height is a lil weird...)

FWIW: I regularly got 6-7 ounces from Northern Storm Auto in a 3gal container, grown in a 2x2 4' tall space. I bought the seeds from marijuana-seeds.nl .
