No Falcon heavy failures I can find, they had a booster fail to land on it's recovery ship once.
"On March 18th, less than three minutes after liftoff and shortly before stage separation was scheduled, Falcon 9 booster B1048 – on its historic fifth launch attempt – suffered an engine failure visible on SpaceX’s official webcast. By all appearances, Falcon 9’s autonomous flight computer accounted for the engine’s failure, shutdown, and the resultant loss of thrust by burning B1048’s eight remaining engines for several seconds longer than planned."

This year.

Smart people do, society is reaching towards a higher platform of ignorance beyond what has ever existed in the entire time that humans have lived on the Earth up to this point, that's why I'm speaking up there's very little intelligent thought left existing in society anymore.
Then you should talk less and learn more.

With such a dim view of the current state of things what does your idealistic view of the future look like?

Guess I'm gonna have to shake the bed to get you guys/gals to wake up a bit, they are openly admitting that Space flight is fake, ask NASA and spaceSeX why they continue to adorn themselves with symbols/logos/philosophies that mock a 2000 year old book all the time, to infinity (they wish) and mislead humans from the truth about our existence, they are the one's casting a shadow over themselves, let us not get on each others case about this topic, when they are the enemy not we ourselves.

Are you the mallard guy?

Falcon 9 and heavy are two different animals.

If Tesla and Edison hadn't taken risks then we'd all still be sitting in the dark.
God that’s just stupid. I’m not saying they shouldn’t, I’m saying I’m nervous for them. Not like the early 80s when we thought we were invincible

What's so dim about human's being less intelligent on a mass scale than they ever have since human life on Earth began?

I'm not saying the abilities of some may not be above average, I'm just speaking realistically about our modern society, it seems we've lost the ability to ever really criticize our own intelligence anymore, on a mass scale people have become know it all's of their own perception, seldom stopping to rethink or ever give credit to the importance of accepting that we each only have a narrow window of reality to look out from, we don't have wide perspective over everything, we must step down from our higher platform of inherent arrogance that comes with being human and realize that we are only a small piece of the Universal puzzle of life ourselves as individual's, we as humans can only cover so much ground on our own.

When we place our own intellect over the intellect of others without any sensible open-mindedness towards their own thoughts or opinion (we fail), we sometimes become quick to judge, and through this impulsive quick judging function that many of us do, we become almost un cognitive or unconscious towards knowing the shortcomings of our own cognitive dispair or unwitting failures of our own intellectual prowess/ing abilities.

And yes I will and do examine the importance of these words in my own life, I just find joy in allowing others to be aware also, I like adding an intelligent viewpoint to any conversation as well as creating a positive impact on the consciousness of others.

I very much like learning from others as well and being taught something I didn't know, or was unaware beforehand also, I welcome the input from others with an open mind, at least I do my best to.

Thank you for that question lokie, I liked it.
