Creeper weed

You know - the kind you smoke and wonder why you aren't high. Then 15 minutes later you're pretty toasted. Back in the day when the only weed you could buy was on the street, and it was mostly brown seeded sativa you'd run across the creeper effect every now and then. Haven't had this effect in ages, but my recently harvested Mr E Pupil does this. First time I tried it, I figured it just wasn't very good, but 15 minutes later realized I was pretty stoned.

Is there a specific factor that caused this? I'm wondering if harvesting early or late plays any part in this, or something else. Or is it just genetics? I suspect it's more than that.

I had this recently from some black domina idk the breeder was from a friend im guessing its sensis regardless it was good and had that creeper effect your talking about
